Inspector Ho Tsang is the Neighbourhood Policing Inspector responsible for overseeing the policing teams across Trowbridge, Melksham, and Bradford-on-Avon.

With 20 years of service in Wiltshire Police, Inspector Ho Tsang began their policing career in 2005 in Swindon. As a Police Constable, they gained a wide range of frontline experience in Response Policing, the Burglary Team, and the Volume Crime Team.

In 2018, Inspector Ho Tsang was promoted to Sergeant, serving on the Response Team in Chippenham before moving to the Neighbourhood Policing Team covering Chippenham and Calne. Their time working in both urban and rural areas has provided a broad perspective on the diverse challenges and opportunities within community policing.

Promoted to Inspector in 2021, Inspector Ho Tsang took on the role of County Duty Inspector, managing Response Policing teams across a wide area from Royal Wootton Bassett to Salisbury. In 2023, they became the Custody Inspector for the force, with responsibility for custody operations across Wiltshire, before joining the Neighbourhood Policing Team in April 2025.

Inspector Ho Tsang is a passionate advocate for community policing. They are committed to strengthening community engagement and fostering strong partnerships with both local residents and other agencies. Their focus is on building trust, increasing public confidence, and delivering effective, community-focused policing that ensures safety and wellbeing for all.

PC Liam Rodriguez-Wilkins is a Neighbourhood Police Officer covering Trowbridge Central, working as part of the wider Trowbridge Neighbourhood Policing Team. He is dedicated to tackling local priorities such as anti-social behaviour, community safety, and supporting vulnerable individuals.

Liam is committed to visible, community-focused policing and works closely with local residents, businesses, schools, and partner agencies to address concerns and improve quality of life across the area. He is often seen on foot patrol and at local events, building positive relationships and encouraging public engagement.

With a passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to crime prevention, Liam plays a key role in helping to keep Trowbridge a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

PCSO Harry Brain is part of the Trowbridge Neighbourhood Policing Team, covering the town centre area. He has been in the role for two years and is committed to supporting the local community through engagement, visibility, and problem-solving.

Outside of policing, Harry has a strong interest in football and travelling, passions he brings into his work by engaging with local youth at sporting clubs and community events such as summer fetes. He values the opportunity to build positive relationships and provide a reassuring presence in the heart of the community.
