Police have been granted more time to question two men in relation to a shooting in Gorse Hill, Swindon, on Friday night (19/06).
Three people have been arrested following a shooting in Gorse Hill, Swindon, on Friday night (19/06) bringing the total arrested to eight.
A total of 120 people were arrested for drink or drug driving offences in Wiltshire during December, a 35% increase on December 2024.
Wiltshire Police continues to carry out regular Project Vigilant deployments, which consist of intelligence-led patrols of hotspot locations to identify potential sexual predators and prevent sexual violence against women and girls (VAWG) across the county.
Local policing teams across Wiltshire carried out over 100 additional public engagements during Safer Business Action (SaBA) week, which took place from last Monday, 10 November, to Sunday 16 November.
