Recognising and championing diversity within our Force has been a key component of our onward organisational journey.
That is why it features in the centre of our organisational plan on a page as I truly believe that, at our core, we must have a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Underpinning this will be our 2025-2028 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy which is currently being shaped in collaboration with those inside our organisation and the communities we serve.
Once agreed, we will publish this strategy with a series of clear commitments with in-year delivery plans and accountable owners.
Being an organisation which truly understands and reflects our communities is fundamental to us Keeping Wiltshire Safe.
