Liz is Acting Assistant Chief Constable for the Crime, Justice and Vulnerability portfolio. Prior to this, Liz was the Detective Chief Superintendent for the same area of the force.
Liz’s policing experience ranges from career Detective, Staff Officer to two Chief Constables, Local policing in the South of the County and Swindon, and then moving into the role of Head of Professional Standards.
Liz has a passion around Diversity and Inclusivity and is Chair of ‘Connect’, a staff support network for women in policing. Liz founded the ‘We Rise’ initiative aimed at empowering underrepresented groups within our organisation who would benefit from a supportive environment to enhance their skills.
Liz is married and has two dogs called Molly and Mabel which she enjoys going out on walks with. Liz spends her spare time with her family, watching and playing football.
