A woman has died following a collision on the A419 earlier this morning (05/06).
At around 8.30am this morning, a Vauxhall Vivaro van collided with a Toyota Aygo which is believed to have broken down on the northbound carriageway near White Hart roundabout.
The driver of the Toyota, a woman in her 30s, was sadly declared dead at the scene.
Her next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this tragic time. They are being supported by specially trained officers.
