Police have been granted more time to question two men in relation to a shooting in Gorse Hill, Swindon, on Friday night (19/06).
Officers responded to reports of a gunshot being fired in St Paul's Street, Gorse Hill just before 9pm.
A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with a suspected gunshot wound. He remains in hospital in a stable but critical condition.
Today police have been granted more time by Swindon Magistrates Court to question a 20-year-old man, arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and a 19-year-old man on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
