We have charged a man in connection with a collision in Upham Road, Swindon, in June 2024, in which a pedestrian died.
Nuno Spinola, 37, of Upham Road, Swindon, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court today (02/07).
The charge relates to a collision between a Volkswagen Golf driven by Spinola and a pedestrian – Jonathan Neilan, aged 59 – in Upham Road on June 17th, 2024.
Jonathan was sadly declared dead at the scene. Our thoughts continue to be with his friends and family.
