Police Sergeant 2686 James Osment is to appear before a Gross Misconduct Hearing at Devizes Police Headquarters starting at 10am on Monday 22nd June 2026. The allegation is that:

Police Sergeant 2686 James Osment has allegedly made several inappropriate remarks towards a female Police Constable he was supervising between May 2025 and November 2025, contrary to the Standards of Professional Behaviour

Breaches:

  1. Authority, respect and courtesy
  2. Equality and diversity
  3. Discreditable conduct
