PC 71747 Daniel Rusling

PC 71747 Daniel Rusling is to appear at an Accelerated Misconduct Hearing at Gablecross Police Station, Swindon, at 11am on Monday 20th July 2026.

The allegation is that on Tuesday 30th June 2026, PC Daniel Rusling received the criminal conviction of ‘Assault by Beating contrary to Section 39 of Criminal Justice Act 1988’ at Bristol Magistrates Court.

The allegations if found, are contrary to the Standards of Professional Behaviour for:

  1. Discreditable conduct

The hearing is expected to last 1 day, however, the length of the hearing is provisional and subject to change.

Please ensure that you have read the conditions of entry prior to booking.

Important note: If you wish to apply to attend the hearing you must book no later than 1pm the previous working day. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
