PC 71747 Daniel Rusling is to appear at an Accelerated Misconduct Hearing at Gablecross Police Station, Swindon, at 11am on Monday 20th July 2026.
The allegation is that on Tuesday 30th June 2026, PC Daniel Rusling received the criminal conviction of ‘Assault by Beating contrary to Section 39 of Criminal Justice Act 1988’ at Bristol Magistrates Court.
