Westbury Town

Inspector Lyndsey Smith began her policing career in 2004 after leaving the Armed Forces. Throughout her career, she has remained on the front line, working operationally across the south of the county, including roles in Marlborough, Tidworth, Salisbury, and Amesbury.

Promoted towards the end of 2023, Lyndsey joined the Warminster Neighbourhood Policing Team in January 2025. New to the role but bringing extensive experience, she is focused on strengthening partnerships and enhancing community engagement, with a particular emphasis on tackling anti-social behaviour and retail crime.

PC Hamel has served with Wiltshire Police for the past 10 years, beginning his career as a Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) before becoming a Police Constable. He spent two years in the PCSO role and has since dedicated eight years as a warranted officer.

Throughout his service, PC Hamel has gained broad operational experience, working across Neighbourhood Policing Teams (NPTs) and in Response roles. He has served in a variety of areas including Salisbury, Trowbridge, Devizes, Warminster, and Westbury - building a deep understanding of the communities and challenges across the county.

PC Rebecca Walsh (70948) is a Police Constable serving the Westbury area as part of the local Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Rebecca is dedicated to tackling the issues that matter most to the community, including anti-social behaviour, drug-related crime and road safety.

Rebecca brings professionalism, empathy, and determination to her role and plays a key part in keeping Westbury a safe and resilient community.

PCSO Roland Revers has served with Wiltshire Police since 2018 and has been a dedicated member of the Warminster Neighbourhood Policing Team throughout his career. He currently covers Westbury Town, having previously worked in Warminster Town.

Roland has played an active role in various initiatives, working closely with different departments across the Force on issues including youth engagement, crime reduction, and staff welfare. His collaborative approach extends to a wide range of external partners, including housing authorities, schools, local councils, military organisations, and faith groups, all with the aim of enhancing community wellbeing.

With a strong passion for neighbourhood policing, PCSO Revers remains deeply committed to supporting and improving the lives of the residents he serves.
