Inspector Annabel Martin is the Neighbourhood Inspector for the Stratton, Central Swindon, North and West Neighbourhood Policing Team.

She has proudly served as a police officer for 18 years. The first 12 years of her career were spent in response policing, where she dealt with a wide range of incidents and supported members of the public during some of the most difficult moments in their lives. This fast-paced role built her resilience and sharpened her problem-solving skills.

After promotion to Inspector, she went on to manage the police control room and support initial firearms command - coordinating emergency responses and ensuring critical resources were deployed swiftly and effectively. This experience strengthened her leadership in high-pressure environments.

In May 2024, Inspector Martin took on her current role in neighbourhood policing—an area she has long admired for its emphasis on long-term problem solving and community engagement. She now leads a committed and proactive team serving the communities of Stratton, Central North, and West Swindon.

Inspector Martin is proud of the positive impact her teams make every day by building trust, listening to concerns, and tackling the local issues that matter most. She remains committed to ensuring the team is visible, approachable, and working closely with residents and partners to make a lasting difference.

Before joining Wiltshire Police, James served five years in the infantry, including deployments to Iraq in 2019, as well as to Kenya and Romania. Following his military service, he worked within the NHS installing hospital equipment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since joining the Neighbourhood Policing Team, James has taken a keen interest in proactive policing, particularly focusing on Stop and Search, knife crime and tackling anti-social behaviour. He is also actively involved in executing drug warrants, gathering intelligence and engaging with members of the public as part of his daily duties. James is passionate about making his communities safer and being a visible and approachable presence on his beat.

PCSO Danielle Hindmarsh has been serving with Wiltshire Police since 2018 and is currently based in the Moredon area as part of the North, East and Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Danielle works closely with partner agencies, schools and local organisations to ensure a joined-up approach to problem solving and community reassurance.

PCSO Euan Passmore is a Police Community Support Officer with the Central North Swindon Neighbourhood Policing Team, having joined Wiltshire Police in 2023. He is responsible for the areas of Rodbourne, Rodbourne Cheney, and Moredon.

Since joining the team, PCSO Passmore has shown a strong commitment to community engagement and problem-solving. He is a trained Hate Crime Advisor and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) operator, equipping him with the tools to help tackle both community concerns and wider criminality.

Dedicated to building trust and relationships with residents and local partners, he works proactively to support victims, address anti-social behaviour, and ensure that vulnerable individuals in his area receive the support they need.

PCSO 9877 Muhammad Zeb has been serving with Wiltshire Police since July 2019. He covers the communities of Moredon, Rodbourne and Rodbourne Cheney as part of the Stratton, Central Swindon North and West Swindon Neighbourhood Policing Team.
