Inspector Andy Lemon has served with Wiltshire Police for 24 years, during which time he has gained extensive experience across both Uniform and Detective roles.
For the past 10 years, he has held the rank of Inspector, undertaking a range of responsibilities including Covert Intelligence, Force Intelligence Manager and his current position as Neighbourhood Inspector for the Devizes area.
The majority of Andy’s career has been spent as a Detective, having served at all ranks within detective roles. His background includes both proactive and reactive crime investigation, as well as several intelligence-based positions. In addition to his operational experience, Andy is an accredited Initial Tactical Firearms Commander, an accredited Post Incident Manager and the Tactical Rural Crime Lead for the Force.
Sergeant Georgie Wyatt is the Neighbourhood Sergeant overseeing the area of Devizes.
She began her career with Wiltshire Police in 2014 as a detention officer before joining as a Police Constable in 2016.
Georgie initially policed Trowbridge in a uniformed role before transitioning into detective work. She spent around five years as a detective, gaining experience in both main office CID and proactive policing. Following this, she took on the role of managing a response team in Devizes.
Driven by a passion for community-focused policing, Georgie made the decision to join the neighbourhood team, where she now leads efforts to build strong community relationships and address local issues. Her broad policing experience and leadership make her a valued asset to the communities she serves.
PC Steven Morris joins the Devizes Neighbourhood Policing Team with a strong passion for community-focused policing.
Before beginning his policing career, Steven spent eight years working in retail, developing extensive experience in public-facing roles and building positive relationships with people from all walks of life.
His background has given him a natural confidence in engaging with the public, resolving issues, and creating meaningful connections - skills he now brings into neighbourhood policing.
Steven believes that speaking with people, understanding their concerns, and being visible in the community are fundamental to keeping neighbourhoods safe and fostering trust.
Driven by a genuine commitment to helping others, Steven looks forward to working closely with residents, partners, and local groups across Devizes to support community wellbeing and ensure that everyone feels listened to and supported.
PC Victoria Rolph joined Wiltshire Police in 2022, beginning her career as a Police Community Support Officer before progressing to become a Police Officer in 2023.
She initially served on a response team in Trowbridge, gaining frontline experience in dealing with a wide range of incidents.
Victoria has since moved to the Devizes Neighbourhood Team, where she works closely with the local community, building strong relationships through engagement and partnership working.
She is passionate about neighbourhood policing and is committed to developing community intelligence to help reduce crime and tackle anti social behaviour.
PCSO Amy Jones joined Wiltshire Police in 2018 and is a dedicated officer for Devizes Town Centre.
Amy is passionate about animal welfare, gathering intelligence and combating drug supply. As a Police Community Support Officer, Amy also plays a key role in providing visible policing, engaging with local residents, and addressing community concerns across the town and surrounding areas.
She is committed to building strong relationships with the public, partner agencies, and local organisations to help reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
Amy’s approachable and proactive style makes her a familiar and trusted presence in the community, where she works to promote safety, offer reassurance and support long-term problem-solving initiatives.
PCSO Debbie Lowe is a dedicated member of the Devizes Neighbourhood Policing Team and has been in the team since 2023. As a Police Community Support Officer, Debbie is passionate about community engagement and maintaining strong local relationships that help prevent crime and support those most in need.
One of Debbie's responsibilities is being the liaison and point of contact with the residents of the Canal and Canal and River Trust. She enjoys carrying out school talks, engaging with all communities and gathering intelligence.
Debbie takes pride in being a visible and supportive presence across the Devizes area, helping to build trust, promote safety, and ensure local voices are heard.
