Man, 19, sadly dies following A36 collision

A 19-year-old man has sadly died following a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A36 in the early hours of yesterday (9/7).

The car he was driving in appears to have left the road between Whaddon and Brickworth corner.

Emergency services were called to the collision shortly after 5.30am.

Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene by attending paramedics.

His next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with them at this time.
