The three people arrested following the fatal RTC on the A419 at the junction with the M4 on Tuesday night (02/01) have been released.
A man in his 20s arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving has been released on bail.
Two other occupants of the car, both women in their 20s, who were arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without consent, have been released under investigation.
The collision took place shortly before 11pm on Tuesday night, when a Vauxhall Astra collided with the roundabout at the junction.
Sadly, one of the occupants of the car, believed to be a teenage male, died at the scene as a result of the injuries he sustained. Formal identification has not yet taken place.
One lane of the M4 exit slip road and one lane of the A419 from the Commonhead roundabout to Junction 15 have now reopened.
