A man has appeared in court charged with murder following the death of a three-month-old baby in Devizes.
Samuel Warnock, 28, formerly of Cornfield Road, Devizes, appeared at Winchester Crown Court this morning (5/5) charged with the murder of his three month old daughter Miyah Warnock.
Miyah was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital on September 20, 2021. She tragically died in hospital on October 19 2021.
No plea was entered today and Warnock was remanded in custody.
He is next due to appear on August 7.
