We are seeking new Inspectors who can demonstrate strong leadership and management skills and will continue to develop and improve a high performing and aspirational force.

This career opportunity is open to exceptional Uniform and Detective Sergeants who are eligible for promotion.

Assessment Centre – This will be a half-day session, based on the Competency and Values Framework (CVF) and consisting of four activities:
These will be held at Wiltshire Police Headquarters, Devizes from Monday 16 to Friday 20 May 2022.
To support Force resilience and maintain operational skills and credibility, successful candidates will be expected to conduct relevant on-call duties if successful.
Successful applicants will receive postings based on specific skills, vacancy and operational requirements.
Candidates should be aware that we will post successful candidates into the most appropriate role/location based on organisational need, even where candidates have stated a specific preference.
