Our work experience scheme is currently closed, but we are hoping to be ready for Spring 2024.
The scheme is designed to give Year 10 students across Wiltshire and Swindon a taste of what it's like to work for the police service.
Each day working in the police service brings new, interesting challenges and opportunities. Students will learn there is more to keeping Wiltshire and Swindon's communities safe than wearing a uniform and patrolling the streets.
Our work experience scheme covers a broad range of roles within Wiltshire Police. Students will come away with a better understanding of the different career opportunities that the police service offers. From constables and detectives to mechanics, managers and more; there are roles to suit a variety of skills.
