Wiltshire Police are in the process of implementing Community Action Initiatives across Wiltshire and Swindon.
The initiatives will include activities such as safety sweeps, crime prevention events, night-time economy patrols and targeted crime prevention leaflet drops.
We are looking for people from local communities to work with our officers and staff across the county to help prevent crime and improve safety.
If you are interested in making Wiltshire a safer place and want to do more for your community, please let us know by completing a short expression of interest form.
To be eligible to apply:
Being a Community Based Volunteer will give you a unique insight into Wiltshire Police, you will be part of an excellent team, working on local community or wider Wiltshire initiatives.
There are a wide range of activities you can take part in, this can be daily, weekly, monthly or a few times a year. There is no minimum number of hours required and is flexible around your own personal circumstances.
This is a rewarding role where you can make a difference to our county, whilst learning new skills and meeting new people.
