Clive was appointed Assistant Chief Officer for Finance, Fleet, Estates and Information Systems Technology (IST) in 2014.
Clive joined Wiltshire Police in 1998 as a principal accountant having previously worked in accountancy in industry and for Wiltshire Council.
In his later role as Head of Finance and Logistics, he helped manage projects which led to the building of Gablecross in Swindon, Melksham Custody, Trowbridge and Calne Police station. In recent years, Clive has helped the Force deal with the financial challenges brought about by austerity and is proud that the Force has been identified as 'Good' in all areas by HMIC in the 2016 Peel Inspections.
In 2013 Clive took on the role as Chief Financial Officer for the Chief Constable and the PCC. In 2014, this became an Assistant Chief Officer.
Clive is married with two children. In his personal life he likes running, cycling and walking his dog. He is also a keen Aston Villa and Bath Rugby fan.
