I get an opportunity to contribute to the discussions that shape the policy and conduct of Wiltshire Police on critical matters that affect our community. I get to highlight pertinent issues that affect my community, offer constructive criticism, and offer an environment that Wiltshire Police accountable for their actions.

There is genuine sincerity for acting on the concerns and issues I raise, and while sometimes remedial actions may be slow to materialize there is continuous measurable progress over time.
