We are appealing for witnesses after a man was found collapsed in Cirencester Way, Swindon, late yesterday evening (22/10).
At around 10.55pm, officers were called to a pedestrian who had been found with serious head injuries in lane one of Cirencester Way heading towards Transfer Bridges Roundabout.
The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition, where he remains.
A cordon was set up to allow officers to conduct enquiries at the scene, however the road is now open.
We are keeping an open mind as to the cause of the man’s injuries.
Any witnesses to what may have happened is asked to contact us on 101 quoting 354 of yesterday’s date.
