We are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault outside a pub in Chippenham in the early hours of this morning (19/05).
At around 2.40am, two suspects have assaulted the victim, a man in his 20s, outside the Black Horse in New Road, Chippenham.
The victim has sustained serious head injuries and has been taken to hospital for treatment.
A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm in connection with this incident and remains in custody for questioning.
