We are appealing to identify two specific people following a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Queens Drive, Swindon, last month.
On May 25, at around 3.20am, a car collided with a pedestrian in the road. The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, sustained serious injuries and remains in hospital for treatment.
We are looking for a male and female that may have interacted with the pedestrian prior to the incident occurring.
The female is described as wearing a knee length, light coloured coat (possibly camel) with a hood, while carrying a dark backpack.
The male is described as around 6ft tall, of a slim build wearing a waist length dark jacket, jeans or dark trousers, also carrying a dark backpack.
Both were walking towards town on the path and are thought to have had a brief verbal exchange with the pedestrian.
We have attached a photo which is not the best quality but we hope the people involved may recognise themselves.
If you can help, or if you have any other information, please contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team on 01225 694597 quoting log 37 of May 25.
Alternatively, you can contact the team directly at [email protected].
