A man is currently in custody arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference following reports from residents in Swindon.
Police were called at approximately 10.45pm last night (11/1) from members of the public reporting a man acting suspiciously and trying vehicle door handles in the Pavillion Close area, off Shrivenham Road.
The man was detained by residents until officers arrived on scene.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference and taken to Gablecross custody for questioning.
Enquiries are currently ongoing.
