Two people have been charged with burglary following an incident in Queensfield, Swindon, last week.
Officers were called to an address in Queensfield following a report that two males had stolen cash from a bedroom.
Thanks to the diligence of the member of public who reported the incident and the teamwork of officers across a number of units, two males were arrested quickly.
Gerry Connors, 38, of Bunclody, County Carlow, and a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, were charged with two counts of burglary and theft, driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence and using a vehicle without insurance.
They appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court yesterday (7/10) and will next appear at Swindon Crown Court in November.
