At approximately 4.50pm on October 14, two males were walking along Brook Street when a vehicle pulled up alongside them and the occupants made threats towards the pedestrians, demanding one of them hand over his e-scooter.
When he obliged, the vehicle – a silver Volkswagen Golf - made off at speed but collided with vehicles parked in Redlands.
The four occupants made off on foot.
Enquiries have been ongoing and we have since arrested two 17-year-old males in connection with the incident.
We would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision, including anyone who may have dash cam or doorbell footage which could assist.
