Arrest made in connection with attack on man in his Swindon home

We are appealing for information following an incident in Swindon during which a man was stabbed and assaulted in his home.
At about 4.20pm today (18/06) the victim was attacked inside a property in Thornford Drive, Swindon, where he received serious but not life threatening injuries.
We have arrested a man in connection with this incident on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon.
He is currently in police custody.
