Officers in Chippenham are investigating a robbery after a teenage boy had his e-scooter stolen.
At approximately 10pm on July 16, a 13-year-old boy was riding his e-scooter along Hardenhuish Lane when he was approached by a teenager who asked to have a go on his scooter. When the victim said no, he was pushed off and the scooter was stolen.
The suspect is described as aged around 14 and 15 years old, approximately 5 ft 2 inches tall, wearing a bright blue tracksuit, black coat with a black balaclava and black shoes.
We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident or anyone who was driving in the Hardenhuish Lane area who may have relevant dash cam footage which could help with our enquiries.
