Officers treated for minor injuries following road traffic collision on A419

 

 

• Three vehicles, two of which were police cars, involved in collision on A419
• Three police officers treated for minor injuries
• No arrests were made

 

Two police vehicles were involved in a road traffic collision with another car belonging to a member of the public on the A419 this morning (16/01).

Following the incident, which took place at about 7.30am, three Wiltshire Police officers attended hospital to be treated for minor injuries. The member of the public who was also involved in the collision was unhurt and was able to leave the scene.

The police units were responding to reports of an unrelated incident on the A419 involving a broken down vehicle.

There were no arrests made in relation to this incident and the carriageway is now clear.
