Grace, 15, pays a visit to Wiltshire Police HQ

Wiltshire Police welcomed 15-year-old Grace from Silverwood School who paid a visit to our HQ in Devizes on Thursday with her support workers Beth Green and Elloise Alkhersan.
Grace is very interested in everything to do with policing and is especially interested in police motorcycles. Knowing this, one of Grace’s support workers approached PC Jonathan Bourke at a touchdown point in Corsham to request a visit as an educational opportunity.
During the tour, Grace had the opportunity to meet Sgt Gavin Brewster, a trained police motorcycle officer, who showed her his vehicle and spoke about his role.
Grace thanked the officers for the visit and said she had an “awesome time” and that her favourite part of the visit was revving the motorcycle!
