A man has been charged to appear in court following a collision near Tockenham.
Officers were called at 12.40am on August 13 to a single vehicle collision on the A3102 after a vehicle ended up on its roof.
The driver was not at the scene and searches were conducted.
Akuila Ratubalavu, 28, of Slessor Road, Lyneham was arrested and charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
He is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court on September 8.
This month Wiltshire Police are focusing on road safety across the county in response to a high number of fatal and serious injury collisions. Officers will be conducting extensive patrols focusing predominantly on the fatal five offences – drink and drug driving, failing to wear a seatbelt, using a mobile phone at the wheel, careless driving and excess speed.
