Man injured during assault in Old Town, Swindon

Officers investigating an assault in Old Town, Swindon, are appealing for witnesses after a man sustained serious injuries to his ear.
The incident happened near to Dominos Pizza in the High Street at approximately 1.30am on July 8.
The victim, a man aged in his 30s, sustained injuries to his face, ear, arms and legs during the incident. He was taken to the Great Western Hospital for treatment.
A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 GBH with intent and released on bail pending further enquiries.
