Man, 25, arrested following warrant in Swindon
A man was arrested on suspicion of drug offences following a warrant in Swindon last week. Officers conducted the warrant at the address in Bath Road on Friday (09/08). A quantity of cannabis and suspected class A drugs were located, as well as scales and cash.

Guilty pleas in Emiliano Sala case
Two members of staff at a CCTV operation firm have pleaded guilty to illegally accessing and photographing mortuary footage which showed the body of footballer Emiliano Sala. Sherry Bray, 49, of Charles Street, Corsham, pleaded guilty to three counts of computer misuse and perverting the course of justice. Christopher Ashford, 62, of Page Close, Calne, pleaded guilty to three counts of computer misuse.

Police Dog Baxter helped locate approximately £70,000 worth of cannabis at a shop in Salisbury yesterday. Officers from Team 4 South attended a premises in Glenmore Business Park alongside Trading Standards at approximately 2pm on Wednesday August 7 following information from the public that drug activity was taking place.

We are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was set on fire in Sparcells, Swindon. At approximately 3.25am this morning (August 8), we were called by the fire service to an address in Ryan Close following a report that a Seat Ibiza had been set on fire.
Closure notice at address in Faringdon Road, Swindon, extended to tackle drug activity
Officers in Swindon have successfully sought an extension to a partial closure notice at an address in Faringdon Road in a bid to tackle drug related activity. The closure notice was initially put in place due to ongoing concerns that the resident was being cuckooed by a county lines drugs gang. It meant that anyone other than the resident named on the notice was prohibited from entering the property, and by doing so, they could be committing an offence and may be arrested.
Counterfeit goods seized and man arrested in Salisbury
Officers have seized a large amount of counterfeit goods from an address in Salisbury. Whilst attending the address in Devizes Road to arrest a man on suspicion of an unrelated matter yesterday (August 6), officers uncovered counterfeit goods including, designer clothing and handbags, shoes, trainers, accessories and jewellery, cigarettes, headphones and perfume.
