A man has been charged with multiple offences after failing to stop for officers in Melksham. Michael Kibble, aged 23, of Southwick, has been charged with two counts of making off without payment, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, failing to stop a vehicle when required by an officer, possession of a class B drug and using a vehicle without insurance.

Two people were arrested in the early hours of Saturday 13 July after officers stopped a vehicle on the A350, Melksham. Officers were on patrol in the Trowbridge area at approximately 1.30am when they spotted a black Audi on a number of occasions.
