We want your feedback to help us develop our new Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and improve policing services in Wiltshire and Swindon. 

  • How can we build stronger relationships with our communities?
  • What should  our priorities be to ensure greater diversity in Wiltshire Police?
  • How can we work better with partners to tackle disparity in service delivery?

We are preparing a new Strategy which describes how we intend to meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED).

The Strategy sets out our commitment to promoting equality, in line with the principles of equal treatment and equal opportunity.  We are also reviewing our Equality Objectives to confirm they remain fit for purpose.

We want to know how we can be more inclusive as we strive to deliver excellent service and provide a fair opportunity for all - the diverse communities we serve and the people we employ.
