We are investigating a robbery which occurred in Trowbridge. 

The incident happened at approximately 5.50pm on Sunday 4 March. 

A 30-year-old man was walking along a single pathway towards Harford Street when he stopped to take some cash out of his coat pocket. At this time, he became aware of a person to his left who grabbed his wrist, pushed him and then made off with his wallet. 

The man is described as white, aged in his mid 30s, approximately 5 ft 10 inches tall, of slim build. He was wearing a dark blue hoody and had dark stubble. He made off on a dark green mountain bike in the direction of Eastbourne Road. 

Detective Constable Justine Parsons said: "We have carried out house to house and CCTV enquiries but we are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, or anyone who may have seen either the victim or the suspect.

"Anyone with information should call police on 101."
