Our LGBT+ Network is an active group of energetic, passionate police officers and staff from all ranks, who get together to discuss all aspects of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender life, at work and in the community.
From April 2017 any organisation with 250 or more employees must publish and report specific figures about their gender pay gap, under the Equality Act 2010. Public sector organisations must publish their findings by 30 March each year and businesses and charities by 4 April each year.
