Formal identification following M4 collision

Posted in News

Formal identification has taken place following the collision on the M4 on Sunday 27 August.

Anouska Paterson, aged 41, of Lydbrook, Gloucestershire, died at the scene following a collision between junctions 17 and 16 eastbound.

Our thoughts are with her family, who have requested privacy at this difficult time.

PC Jay Clifton, of the Roads Policing Unit, is continuing to appeal for witnesses to the incident, including anyone who may have dash cam footage of a black Audi A3 being driven on the eastbound carriageway prior to the collision.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
