The Silver Stars Parachute Display Team will be one of the main attractions at this year's Emergency Services Show, weather permitting!

Thanks to sponsorship from Cotswold Outdoor, the team - part of the Royal Logistics Corps - will be jumping above the showground at Hullavington airfield on Sunday 12 September at 2pm.

It is the first time that the Emergency Services Show has featured a parachute display, and the organising committee is delighted to welcome Silver Stars to this year's event.

Chairman Chris Harvey said: "The emergency services have close links with the military, so we're thrilled that Cotswold Outdoors has made it possible for the Silver Stars to be part of our Show. We just need the weather to play its part now!"

The Emergency Services Show, now in its sixth year, is being held at Hullavington, just off J17 of the M4, on 12 September. Open from 10am to 4pm, the event features a wide range of displays, stalls and demonstrations to highlight the work of the emergency services in Wiltshire and beyond.

Amongst the other highlights will be two air ambulances, a road traffic collision simulation, the South West regional police dog trials, both new and vintage emergency vehicles, police car and fire engine rides, a fairground and much more!

Tickets are just £5 for adults and £2.50 for under 16s, with the under threes free. To find out more, or to register your free stand as an exhibitor or trader, visit www.emergencyservicesshow.com
