Steve Hedley joined the Wiltshire Constabulary in 1983, undertaking his probation in Amesbury and Ludgershall. In 1988 he was posted to� Crime Investigation Department (CID) in Warminster and remained there as a Detective Constable until his promotion to Sergeant in 1996.
Gavin joined Wiltshire Police in 1998 and was initially posted to Swindon as a Patrol Officer. He served at both Westlea and Swindon Central Station before being promoted to Section Sergeant at Wootton Bassett Police Station in 2002.
Victoria has 18 years service with Wiltshire Police, with an additional two years previous service with the Metropolitan Police in London. She previously held the post of Admin Manager for A Division, prior to the Force re-structure in 2007, and is now the Divisional Business Manager for County Division. Charlie Dibble has 23 years service all of which has been served in Wiltshire working in uniform, tutoring at an early stage, moved to Roads Policing and then staffed the Chief Constable in the Traffic Business area at HQ.
Fraser Howorth joined Wiltshire Police in 1985 and during his probationary training served in Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon.
In 1992 he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant based at Corsham. He subsequently served as a Custody Officer and as a Sector Head at Westbury before being promoted to the rank of Inspector in 1996. As an Inspector Fraser worked as a Performance Review Officer, Sector Head at Trowbridge and as Career Development Officer for the Force.
Sue started with Kent Police in October 1988 and was posted to Folkestone Police Station where she carried out a number of general police duties and public protection as a police constable.
