Officers seek to reunite items with owners PDF Print E-mail

Detectives from Salisbury CID would like to locate the owners of a number of items which are believed to have been stolen.

The items were all recovered following the arrest of a 29 year old local woman. She was arrested on suspicion of fraud and subsequently released on bail pending further enquiries.

Officers found a large amount of silverware, jewellery boxes and a distinctive Queen Victoria medal fob.

Photographs of some of the items are attached.

DC Dave Ridler said: ‘The nature of the items suggests that they may belong to elderly people or are perhaps family heirlooms and I would encourage people to check they don’t have anything missing at home. I’d also like to hear from anyone who has any information which could assist my investigation.’

Anyone who has information is asked to contact DC Ridler at Salisbury CID on 101. Alternatively contact Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 where details may be left anonymously if preferred.
