Daniel Robert Frame, aged 20 years from Cleeve Lawn, Swindon was sentenced at Salisbury Crown Court this morning, for causing the death of Mr Nicholas Bishop, aged 60 from Calne by Dangerous Driving.

The collision occurred on the A4361 at Berwick Bassett on Sunday 23rd May 2010.

Frame pleaded guilty to this offence at the start of the trial on 6th June 2011.

Frame was sentenced to three years and nine months imprisonment in a young offenders institution, disqualified from driving for two years and six months and will be required to pass an extended test prior to regaining his licence.
